BOHO PONY TAIL

Start with clean dry hair. You will need a tail comb some sectioning clips and a couple of dry styling products for this little number.

  1. Using a medium to strong hold hairspray or texturiser spray, lift and tousle hair with one hand spraying a generous amount of spray through your hair aiming the product towards the roots through to the ends for bulked up body and volume
  2. leaving your fringe area out take a section of hair on the top of your head back comb it pulling your comb towards your roots starting at the mid lengths. Repeat this step till you have done four or five sections depending on how much height and volume you want to create. You can also apply some volumising powder to aid in keeping the shape
  3. Grab your hair into a pony tail and using a clear hair band secure it in place, make sure you don't pull the top to firmly as you don't want to flatten all your height down. It is a good idea to aim you pony tail base about mid way so its not to low
  4. Holding you pony tail around the band with one hand, use your other hand to lift up areas on the top and sides to create the perfect shape, you can also take a small section of hair near the base of the pony tail and wrap it around the band to cover it securing with a bobby pin
  5. Grab your spray and apply through your pony tail to ruffle it and create greater texture
  6. Finish by spraying your fringe and part line area then off you go, wow that looks good
